We worked closely with Carl at Platinum. Our goal was to find a 2nd home in the area. It was to meet our needs for multiple rooms and a view of the mountains Carl had put a portfolio of sites to look at when we came into town. He also had listed some details of amenities close by for each site. Carl very quickly was able to fine tune what type of place we wanted as we looked at the possibilities. He read us well and would know when we drove up to some possible locations that it wouldn’t meet our criteria. This helped move the search along quickly Once we found a place we liked, Carl worked with all parties involved to get us the best price. He had a team ready for inspection and to close quickly. He made the purchase smooth Carl helped us with other matters as well when we were out of town. It has been a pleasure working with him throughout this process. A very positive experience
